Start by creating a company profile in the Lotus Digital Media app. This account will be the central hub for all your digital signage needs. Once registered, you can add branches and screens, organize content, and manage everything in one place.

Set Up Branches and Locations

If your business has multiple locations, you can easily add each branch under your company account. Organize screens for each location, allowing you to tailor content specifically to each branch or location for a personalized customer experience.

Choose Your Template Style

Grid-Based Templates: Select from pre-built, customizable templates that use a grid layout to help you add images, videos, menus, and slideshows to different screen zones. These templates are ideal for displaying multiple types of content at once.

Animated Templates: For dynamic product ads, promotions, or announcements, choose an animated template. These templates are fully customizable to include different slides, visuals, and formats to capture attention.

Upload and Customize Your Content

Add images, videos, animations, or slideshows that align with your brand’s message and goals.

Adjust the background visuals, colors, and layouts to match your brand.

For animated content, customize each slide’s duration and order to ensure your message flows perfectly.

Schedule Content and Manage Timings

Set up specific times for each template or animation to display, aligning with peak business hours or special events.

Use time zone settings to automate your content across branches, so screens display the right message at the right time.

Deploy and Control in Real Time

Once your content is ready, publish it across your screens. You’ll be able to make updates, adjust schedules, or switch content instantly from the admin panel.
