Since Lotus Digital Signage is a digital product, no physical shipping is required. This Shipping Policy explains how digital delivery, activation, and access are provided.

1. Delivery Method

All services, licenses, and platform access are delivered digitally through:

  • Web dashboard access
  • Email login verification
  • API/device registration keys
  • Screen pairing codes
  • TV app installation links

No physical products are shipped at any point.

2. Delivery Timeline

Access to the platform is usually:

  • Media uploads and schedule publishing work in real-time

If you do not receive access within 48 Hours, please contact support.

3. Device & Connectivity Requirements

As Lotus is a digital SaaS software, the customer is responsible for:

  • TV or display hardware
  • Android / Fire TV / other supported devices
  • Stable internet connectivity
  • Supported screen resolutions and codec formats

Lotus provides only the software and digital services — not hardware.

4. Failed Delivery

Digital delivery may fail if:

  • Incorrect email address was entered
  • Payment was not successfully completed
  • Your device is offline or not connected
  • Branch/screen key is incorrect or invalid
