These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lotus Digital Signage, a digital signage software platform for managing screens, branches, layouts, slideshows, media assets, and schedules. By using our website, dashboard, or mobile/TV app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Lotus Digital Signage provides:

• Screen-wise digital signage playback
• Branch & multi-location screen grouping
• Media asset uploads (images, videos)
• Layout manager (zones, grids, animations)
• Slideshows & advanced scheduling
• Screen preview & status monitoring

Your content is displayed on physical screens using our software.

2. User Account

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, providing accurate information, managing screen identifiers (MAC ID, IP), and ensuring correct branch/screen assignment. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. License to Use

We provide a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our platform for your business. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or clone the software
• Reverse-engineer any system
• Share or resell platform access
• Abuse our servers or APIs
• Upload copyrighted or illegal content

4. Subscription & Payments

a. Pricing Model
Lotus operates on a per-screen subscription. Each registered screen requires its own active subscription.

c. Payment Gateway
All payments are processed online through a secure payment gateway. We do not store raw payment credentials.

d. Price Changes
We may revise pricing with prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Upload harmful, fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or copyrighted content
• Hack, disrupt, or overload the system
• Interfere with other customer accounts
• Use bots or scraping tools without permission

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of the content you upload. You grant Lotus a license to display your uploaded media solely to operate the platform.

We own:

• The software
• Dashboard design
• Codebase
• Templates
• Documentation

None of these may be copied or reused without written permission.

7. Limitations of Liability

Lotus is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, hardware problems, third-party outages, incorrect schedules, or content/design errors. Our liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 6 months.

8. Termination

We may terminate accounts for non-payment, fraud, system abuse, security threats, or violating these Terms. You may also terminate your account, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining billing period.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the platform means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction where Lotus Digital Media operates.
