Thank you for choosing Lotus Digital Signage. We value your trust. This Refund Policy explains when a refund may be issued for any subscription or service purchased through our platform.

1. Non-Refundable Subscriptions

All subscriptions — including per-screen — are non-refundable. Once a billing cycle begins, we cannot refund, prorate, or credit the amount. Please review your plan, number of screens, and billing details before completing payment.

2. When Refunds May Be Considered

In rare and exceptional situations, we may issue a refund at our discretion:

  • Duplicate payment for the same subscription.
  • Billing system errors causing incorrect charges.

Please report such issues within 7 days of the transaction.

3. Refunds Not Applicable For

  • Customer-side internet or network issues
  • Hardware/device failures (TVs, media players, etc.)
  • Incorrect screen assignment or setup errors
  • Non-usage of the platform during active subscription
  • Changes in business needs or internal decisions
  • Content scheduling or operational mistakes by your team

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However:

  • Cancellation will apply only at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • You will continue to have access until the paid period ends.
  • No partial or mid-month refunds will be issued.
